Responsibilities
Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting / serving clients Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filling daily report, arrange maintenance of office machineries etc Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations across different business units in the office Provide general office administrative support and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required Requirement
Form 5 or above Fresh Graduate are welcome Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner and communication skills Pleasant, mature, presentable, self-motivated and responsible Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
