Work closely with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Finance and Institutional Client Solutions (“ICS”) teams on all aspects of the Core+ business
Maintain fund models and conduct scenario analyses on portfolio allocation, returns and liquidity
Monitor investment activity and portfolio performance in conjunction with Acquisitions and Asset Management teams
Actively support analytics around balance sheet and hedging
Prepare internal presentations and reports ( quarterly updates, annual strategy sessions, annual asset reviews)
Assist with quarterly reporting to LPs as well as preparation of investor materials in conjunction with the ICS team
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academic record
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
Possess a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and genuine passion for excellence
Highly organized
Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in English and at least one Asian language is preferred
