Job Description
Job Responsibility:
(a) To provide general office support including carrying out dispatch services, photocopying work, maintenance / cleansing work monitoring, regular sanitization of office area, other logistic support services, etc.
(b) To perform general manual duties including moving office furniture and equipment, loading and unloading of stores, stationery and bulky printed materials, etc.
(c) To provide clerical support including typing, filing, data entry, liaising with contractors for provision of office supplies, etc.
(d) To perform any other duties (including outdoor duties) assigned by senior officers.
Qualification Requirements:
1.
Completion of Secondary 5, or equivalent;
2.
Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, or in the HKCEE, or equivalent is a MUST;
3.
A typing speed of 25 and 35 wpm in Chinese and English respectively is required (a computer test may be required);
4.
At least one year relevant working experience;
