Duties
Manage consultancy services to ensure professional advice is solicited from the consultants;Prepare project budget estimates and cash flow projections;Provide input for drafting consultancy agreements and tender documents;Advise on tender/procurement strategy;Prepare tender cost estimates and assist in tender assessment;Monitor the project cost and advise on project cost control;Prepare final accounts, conduct cost appraisals, claim assessments, and prepare reports; andPerform any other assignments. Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience;A valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”) or equivalent issued by organisations recognised by the Commissioner for Labour;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);Being self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently;Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; andSubstantial experience in higher educational institutions and/or experience in managing government subvention projects are preferred. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
