- Manage the food team sourcing strategies and product assortment
- Responsible for inventory control, risk and purchasing management based on business needs
- Formulate and execute product plan and strategy, and identify the market/product opportunities by conducting market research and analysis
- Manage OEM sourcing and improve the process for the existing products
- Liaise with suppliers on ordering, pricing and delivery management
- Participate in product development projects and negotiate the best price and offers to maximize the interests of the Company
- Forecast the price and market trends
requirements.
- Degree holder in Procurement, Purchasing or related disciplines
- 6 years of relevant experience from Food Industry
- 2 years at managerial level
- Well organized and pro-active, able to work under pressure & tight schedule
- Strong in problem solving and analytical skills
- Good relationship management skills with internal and external parties
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
