Job Summary
A leading provider of
premium shared-office and co-working space headquartered in Hong Kong , is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to join their Capital Development team in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will work closely with other project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all project related activities are completed on time and within budget.
To be suitable for this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a specialization in office fitout projects and experience completing successful projects in China.
Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, set project goals and objectives, and ensure successful execution of office fitout projects. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project progress and address any issues or concerns. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Engineering or other related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on office fitout projects. Strong communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal, are a must. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
