: Digital Projects Manager
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Website Creation and Maintenance: Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of our ecommerce websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences, optimal functionality, and attractive design.
Stay updated on emerging industry trends and implement best practices to enhance our online presence CRM Platform Management: Manage the group's CRM platform and work closely with local CRM teams in each market within the APAC region.
Coordinate efforts to ensure consistent customer experiences and effective communication strategies.
Utilize data analytics to identify customer insights and drive targeted marketing campaigns Vendor Management and Coordination: Take charge of vendor relationships and coordination with external service providers, including web development agencies, hosting platforms, and technology partners.
Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely project delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and achieve successful outcomes Liaison with Brand Principle's Technical Team: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with brand principles' technical teams.
Coordinate and align project timelines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation of new features, integrations, and technologies.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams with the latest digital and IT-related tools, platforms, and technologies.
Conduct research, evaluate options, and make recommendations for new tools or platforms that can improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experiences.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and integrate new solutions (Senior) Project Specialist / Business Analyst (upto 45K, Prefer ERP)
PMO Support / Project Officer
Project Trainee (with training, Fresh graduate welcome)
Handle user requirement collection, business analysis and project management of various application,
Liaise with business users on scope, testing plans
Perform Quality Assurance and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support of the application Prepare System Specification and user documentation writing up Project management work Proper training will be provided to the junior / fresh Project Assistant / UAT Tester

Participate in business projects and ensure quality delivery of the systems
