Responsibilities:
Report to the project leader
Implement effective project management for whole project cycle
Maintain day-to day communication with client, consultants, contractors for successful project outcomes
Manage project risks, value, change, cost to deliver the project
Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
Drive for sustainability goals
Is this role right for you?
Qualifications & Experience required:
Degree in building environment related disciplines such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or other construction related degree
Minimum 6 years of experience for the position of Project Manager
Membership of relevant professional institution(s) will be advantageous
Conversant with Hong Kong building regulations and ordinances
Hands-on experience with BIM and programme planning tools (eg.
P6) will be advantageous
Creative, self-motivated with good interpersonal and influencing communication skills
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
