  Job Description 
  : 
 To provide project support and assistance of the project team, ranging from manpower planning, recruitment, selection & contract support.  Collaborates with business stakeholders, end-user requirement consolidation and inviting partners for recruitment  Ensure smooth project management by souring of manpower support.  Prepare regular payroll payment, leave record maintenance, OT calculations, monthly reports, etc.  Perform general administrative works.  Responsible for day-to-day project management and serve as key person between client, multi-function teams and internal work counterparts  Vendor Management    Job Requirement: 
 Diploma holder or above in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year relevant work experience  Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
