Project Co-ordinator II 
The appointee will be responsible for (a) conducting background research and comprehensive analysis relating to the policies and academic developments regionally and internationally; (b) assisting in project development, operation and management; (c) collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation; (d) preparing presentation materials, documents and correspondences; (e) providing logistical and secretarial support for meetings, functions and events; (f) maintaining the websites and databases; (g) assisting in daily office operation; and (h) performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) good competency in standard computer software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; (v) strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills; (vi) a self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility; and (vii) the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Prior practical experience in handling projects or research work relating to the Greater Bay Area and the Belt-and-Road region would be an advantage.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
