Responsibilities
The appointee is expected to:
•Provide administrative and promotional support for academic taught and research programs
• Manage social media platforms, including WeChat, REDNote, Zhihu, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln and YouTube channels and monitor platform performance
• Assist in organizing events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and campus visits
• Occasional travel outside Hong Kong may be required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Person in Charge of the Division of Industrial Data Science or his/her delegates
Requirements
• A recognized bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Be creative, highly independent and motivated with a high sense of ownership
• Preference will be given to those with solid knowledge of the tertiary education sector in Hong Kong and the Mainland China

The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
