Coordinate with Sales on customer requests and procurement priorities.

•
Oversee daily customer communications, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
•
Manage transactions in Wintrade and Oracle EBS, including quotes, POs, delivery, returns, and invoicing.
Non-Confidential Business
•
Ensure accurate preparation of shipping and customs documents; support LC collection from banks.
•
Perform contract review on customer POs and liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal/external audits, and export regulations.
