Key Responsibilities
Build seasonal product sales plan by channelManage monthly rolling demand forecast based on latest sales trend with particular attention on core/replenishment products (IPS), control bottoms up demand via MOP processWork with Inventory Management to ensure consistent in-season allocation & replenishment to drive appropriate coverage and meet sales targetsManage in-season profitability and maximize full price sell thru and marginPartner with the Merchandising team to manage product lifecycle to drive appropriate monthly flow (volume & PC9 count), in-season markdown, outlet transfers, etc.Conduct quantitative analysis and insights (Gender/Category/Fit/Sub-class) to optimize line profitability—monetize new opportunities and identify risksGather qualitative/quantitative feedback from key stakeholders (Sales team/ Merchandising/ Marketing/Buying) to inform future buy decisionsJob Requirement
Understand the retail model and retail industryStrong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative dataClear Logic to make decision and presentationUtilize strong interpersonal skills to build effective communication with diverse group of cross functional partners, influence cross-functional partners to arrive at optimal business decisions.Prioritize and manage workload and processes to meet objectivesComfort with systems and high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and excel).Prior experience with planning solutions (SAS, SAP, etc.) a plusLOCATION
