Job Description
3 Days a weekERP systemManage customer order and purchase orderResponsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team for processing customer orders for mainly spare parts sales, including order entry in ERP system, release PO to suppliers and follow up for orders status.Regular review with key suppliers on purchase orders and logistics topics including but no limited to order book reconciliation, delivery status update, shipment arrangement and urgent order pull in request, etc.Liaise with suppliers, forwarders and customers for international freight arrangement, prepare shipping document, monitor shipment status, import and export handling.Manage customer orders (CO) in ERP system.
Reconcile customer orders, purchase order and delivery records with external and internal suppliers.
Timely update on CO schedule.
Monitoring orders and shipments in transit.Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in any discipline.At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Shipping and Logistics, particular in International Transport.Experience in managing customer order and purchase order using ERP system.Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.Available to work at least 3 days a week within Monday to Friday.
