Part-time Project Co-ordinator II
The Department of Marketing of the CUHK Business School (also known as the Faculty of Business Administration) is looking for a candidate to take up the position of Part-time Project Co-ordinator II for the Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing programme.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in student admissions, including vetting and validating applications, verifying academic qualifications, and related tasks; (b) co-ordinating programme events, such as recruitment events, marketing events, orientation activities, graduation ceremonies, and alumni activities; (c) managing procurement and financial documentation, including payment and reimbursement duties; (d) providing logistical support for activities during weekday evenings and weekends if needed; and (e) performing other impromptu duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in the tertiary education field; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and (v) self-initiative, and the ability to work independently and multitask within tight deadlines.
Competency in video production and design is preferred.
Knowledge of digital media marketing is advantageous, as well as experience with computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and CapCut.
