Major Duties
: (a) To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects; (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To implement practical sessions safely; and (e) To attend meetings to provide recommendations and suggestions on improvement in the areas of the programme/module.
Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised degree, or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) At least 3 years’ teaching and/or industry experience in Electrical Engineering, including at least 1 year’s relevant teaching experience is preferable; (c) Good communication, teaching and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and (d) Qualification of a valid Registered Electrical Workers (Grade C0) or qualified professional member of professional bodies would be an advantage.
