To provide clerical support to the implementation of Mainland University Study Subsidy Scheme (MUSSS), including processing of applications, maintaining the application database, data entry, carrying out filing work; handling enquiries/complaints, etc.; To assist in conducting user acceptance tests and troubleshooting of the MUSSS Electronic Application Platform; To assist in compiling reports and statistical returns related to MUSSS; and To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers. Job Requirement:
Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder from a local institution, or equivalent; Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent; Preferably 1 year working experience in administrative field; Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
