To provide administrative and underwriting support for policy changes and related tasks, ensuring service standards are met.
Assist in processing cases that require basic underwriting knowledge and maintain effective communication with internal teams and sales channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks related to policy changes and underwriting processes.Conduct preliminary risk assessment on simple cases within assigned authority and guidelines.Provide timely and accurate support to sales channels and internal departments.Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager.Job Requirements:
3 years of experience in life insurance operations or underwriting support preferred.University degree or higher diploma in any discipline.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.Good command of English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage.
