The HKUST Bilingual DBA Program Office is looking for enthusiastic and proactive professionals to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for one of our Bilingual DBA programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Facilitate course preparation and administration, including classroom setup, student assistance, procurement, vendor liaison, documentation, and managerial support.Student Engagement & Recruitment: Coordination of student enrichment activities and student recruitment exercise.Office Operations: Handle daily administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (fresh candidates may be considered for Assistant Officer).Team-oriented, driven, and accountable, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), both written and spoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT applications.Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours.(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
