We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Chief of Staff, Regional CEO Office.
This role provides direct support to the Chief of Staff in business analysis and the coordination of projects of strategic relevance to the Regional CEO Office.
Through this experience, the individual will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams with various executives and develop a thorough understanding of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Regional CEO Office in business analysis, strategic planning, action plan design, execution tracking, and performance reviews.Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and briefings to inform strategic decision-making at the executive level.Gather, clean, and summarize data from various sources to support business initiatives and performance tracking.Cross-functional collaboration with various Business Units and Group Functions to coordinate regular reviews and drive key initiatives forward.Communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry.Previous exposure to life insurance is a must.
Solid understanding of life insurance products, operations, and financial metrics.
Actuarial qualifications are a plus.Ability to conduct deep business analysis in a life insurance contextSkilled in data cleaning, modeling, and interpretation.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and applications is a strong advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when working with stakeholders who may not have a technical or quantitative background.Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to explore innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
