Job Responsibilities
Achieve the business target by proactively working with distribution channels
Closely work with internal departments to follow up the new and renewal application processing, policy administration and other services to ensure the smooth operation flow and deliver the service within the agreed timeline
Strengthen customer loyalty by proactively managing VIP clients, actively listening to feedback, and addressing their needs.
Work closely with agencies to handshake the pre-sales and post-sales activities
Job Requirements
Degree holder
Licensed with pass of IIQE paper I, II and III
At least 5 years of experience in business development in employee benefits business
Mature, independent, self-motivated
Exposure in client management including client meetings and relationship building
Experience in group insurance underwriting and / or servicing is an advantage
Familiar with group insurance market, the trend, related rules and practices
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure
Good in corporate image building and sales pitching
Excellent command of English and Chinese – both written and spoken.
