Our client is a popular luxury product retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.
Establish sales objectives and KPIs as well as monitor the sales performance status Formulate, review and implement incentive schemes from time to time to motivate and recognize frontline employees’ performance Build and maintain a high level of relationships with business partners for achieving effective cross selling activities Analyse retail / sales data from various angles for developing sales & marketing strategies, allocating resources as well as ensuring the compliance of relevant processes Responsible for pricing management and ensure the market competitiveness Work closely with sales team for implementing sales & marketing campaigns and evaluate the feedback for necessary enhancement Review and streamline the operational process and translate the requirements for system development Lead a small team to effective the day-to-day retail operations and provide necessary supportive to stores
Requirement: :
Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline 5+ years solid experience in retail management with exposure in business and data analysis is definitely an advantage System development/enhancement experience is preferable and able to well communicate with IT team for necessary action Strong business and numerical sense with excellent analytical skill Good communication and presentation skill, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
