Job Responsibilities
Formulate, lead & implement training initiatives to address the Agency’ short-term to long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
Review and evaluate learning & development methodologies to cope with agency force growth & emerging demographic characteristics of the Agency
Build strategic relationship with agency leaders to learn about training issues & partnership opportunities
Prepare management reports and presentation for Section Head
Review & evaluate the impact of specific training interventions
Ensure all training programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies
Prepare & monitor budget and manpowerutilization
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency training background
Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
7 years or above training experience in life insurance industry and 2 years or above management experience
Familiar with agency culture
Strategic thinking and execution skills
Detail oriented, creative, ambitious, influential
Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
