Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the merchandising and USA business teams to drive product development initiatives and meet customer requirements Stay updated on seasonal graphic trends and conduct research on fashion graphic techniques and applications Prepare line sheets and theme boards for presentations, ensuring visual appeal and alignment with customer expectations Create comprehensive technical packs and output files to facilitate the sampling and production process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications Assist in providing comments and feedback on samples, working closely with the merchandising team, and ensuring that all necessary adjustments are made Monitor and track the progress of product development projects, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues or delays that arise Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product integrity and ensure adherence to established standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and efficient product development processes Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential product opportunities and areas for improvement Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above Proven experience in a managerial role within product development, specifically for sweaters in the US market Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively Knowledge of quality control processes and experience in ensuring product integrity
