We are hiring for the Manager, MD Office position based in Hong Kong.
This role will be reporting to the Director, MD Office.
The MD Office team works directly with the country’s MD and alongside other senior leaders to support and execute the company’s strategic direction and initiatives across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives: Assess and drive strategic projects and initiatives; ensure execution and coordination across multiple departments.
Responsible for also measuring success and impact of initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and conducting post-implementation evaluations
Drive strategic insights: Support in the extraction and analysis of complex business data to dive deep - uncover trends, diagnose and analyze problems 360-degrees, and provide actionable recommendations and execution plans to improve.
Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful cross-functional project execution to track performance and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage performance: Proactively engage and manage relationships and monitor performance of key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Product, and other relevant departments.
Support in executive decision-making: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and in-depth analyses to senior leadership, guiding company strategy.
Take ownership of presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Support in optimizing internal processes and organizational efficiency across departments by implementing process improvements, streamlined workflows, and identified opportunities for automation, resulting in productivity & cost savings
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in roles that are analytical, fast-paced, and business-oriented—ideally in e-commerce, tech, consulting, or banking.
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Manager, MD Office
Proficient in SQL / BigQuery and dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, a plus
Strong command of Google Sheets and Slides, with a keen eye for visual storytelling through data.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities - resilient, resourceful, and self-motivated.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to work across diverse teams and clearly articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
Open to feedback and eager to grow - humility and curiosity are a must.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
