We are seeking a customer-centric and technically proficient Manager - IT Business Analysis to develop and implement AI and digital transformation initiatives that enhance user experience, operational efficiency and business values.
Reporting to General Manager – Information Technology, this role combines strategic engagement with hands-on technical execution, ensuring that customers (internal and external) successfully adopt and benefit from innovative technologies including automation, low-code solutions, generative AI and other emerging technologies.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
AI & Digital Project Delivery: Develop and implement AI-powered and digital solutions to improve user experience, streamline operations, and drive business outcomes.
Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like N8N and Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Generative AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools such as HeyGen to create and maintain AI-generated video content for training, communication, customer engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating customer (internal and external) needs into technical solutions which aligned with strategic goals.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, and user manuals, and offer ongoing support to ensure successful new technology adoption.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT customer success, digital transformation or business technology roles; experience in the sourcing industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Proven hands-on experience with (1) N8N, Power Automate, or other equivalent workflow automation tools; (2) HeyGen and other generative AI tools; (3) Excel Macros/VBA; (4) Python for automation and data tasks; and (5) Other automation tools and low-code platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
