Job Description
We are looking
for someone who:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred. A minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience, with focus on HR systems and project leadership. 3+ years in a lead role managing HR IT applications.
5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, global HR IT projects. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and the role of technology in enhancing HR service delivery. Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse stakeholder group. Proven collaborative skills, working with HR management, users, and vendors to achieve common objectives. Proven decision-making skills and multi-tasking abilities. Attention to detail and focus on producing quality work. Ability to travel up to 10% if necessary. Added advantage: Hands-on experience in software solution design, architecture, development and participated in the software development life cycle Participated in implementation of industry standard HRIS Systems
