What You Will Get To Do:
- Completes tax returns and reports involved with federal, state, local, property, sales, and other tax liabilities.
- Keeps current with tax procedures and developments.
- Reviews financial statuses and operating procedures to ensure the business adheres to corporate procedures.
- Analyzes the company's structure and determines a budget accordingly.
- Makes critical decisions as part of the corporate management team.
- Ensures that tax laws are followed, the business runs efficiently, and detailed tax records are maintained each fiscal year.
- Leader of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope or coordinating department activities.
- Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
- Advises staff and partners with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and to develop solutions to issues.
- Accountable for department results.
- Establishes procedures and recommends changes to policies.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
