PURPOSE
The Group Platforms team is responsible for identifying, designing, defining, and managing digital product platforms and technologies to fulfil business objectives.
The Group Platforms team operates across FWD Group to:
Collaborate with functions to drive the design conceptualisation and development of new business platforms, provide digital product platform management and distribution partner digital solutions.Evolve digital product platform development roadmaps and collaborate on solution design to achieve optimal business outcomes.KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Detailed job responsibilities are to support the digital platform design phases to support the requirement of the platform development:
Design & Requirements:
Engage and collect customer insights to explore the platform design requirementsProvide user experience solutions and wireframes for platforms (across web and native applications)Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders to share and update design progress, be able to explain the rationale behind the design decisions made where requested.Collect and evaluate user research activities to inform their UX and UI decisions and assets for platform ideationLiaise effectively with product managers and developers to align suitable UX/UI applicationEnsure platforms are designed to achieve platform and customer success metrics in line with the business objectives.Development
Partner with Product Managers, software developers, CX team and business functional teams to support and guide the requirements refinementSupport the design aspects of the platform roadmap and delivery timelines alongside target business goals.Operations
Support the maintenance and growth of platform(s) through structured feedback-loop design thinking cycles, ensuring effective prioritisation of design enhancements aligned with best-in-class practices consistent with company vision and business goals.
