Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Technology, the incumbent is responsible for optimizing the performance and user experience of our digital platforms, products, and services, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our digital insurance services, maximizing their value to the business and enhancing the customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s digital platforms, including company website, social media platforms, customer portal, broker portal, etc.Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.Manage the release and deployment of digital product updates and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience on digital channels.Analyze digital platform usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Coordinate UX/UI improvements based on analyticsManage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders related to platform operations, Manage platform incident response and resolutionDevelop and maintain documentation for digital platforms and processes (procurement process).Conduct competitor benchmarking for digital capabilitiesDrive adoption of new digital features and services, Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital platform management.Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in digital platform operations, site reliability engineering, or a similar role.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools with insurance digital platformsFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and CRM systems.Understanding of investment-linked insurance products and the Hong Kong insurance market is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Reports To Role
