Job Duties
Execute digital strategy and detailed project plans.Oversee delivery of complex digital projects (e.g. Smart Site Safety System, BIM, automation, data integration).Liaise across teams to ensure collaboration and project adoption.Drive process automation, data analytics, and AI for workflow optimization.Manage vendors and project partners.Develop agile solutions into scalable enterprise systems.Manage resources and budgets for sustainability.Set KPIs, track progress, report to management, and measure performance after implementation. Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other related discipline.Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience with at least 5 years in manager position in relevant positionCandidate with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.Holder of certifications in PMP, Agile or Change Management is preferred.Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors in HK and GBA.
Knowledge of enterprise and construction technology platforms.
