Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client baseCollaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams to drive sales with various kind of sales enablement tools.Provide training, regular cases sharing to frontlines to uplift the productivityConsistently and effectively update case information to all key stakeholders including regular MI development & monitoringAssist client to complete the insurance policy application & follow up with client on outstanding underwriting requirement, both medical related and financial related questionsCoordinating and provide follow up actions directly to insurance sales on NB pending cases on a timely and effectively mannerCommunicate on daily basis with insurance sales and PRU internal stakeholder to expedite the underwriting process.Job Requirements:
Obtain 5 – 8 years of case management experienceMust have a complete understanding of how to process new business applications for Life insuranceGood knowledge of insurance sales & business development opportunityStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong problem solving and negotiation skillsStrong in customer services and highly detail-orientedAbility to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and time coordination to cater for ad hoc requestProficient in Word, Excel and Power PointDemonstrated with good professional presentation skillsExcellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)Lesser experience will consider Assistant Manager
