Responsibilities  

  • Ensure completeness and timeliness of daily transactions and report exceptional case.
  • Review all outstanding cases and monitor the follow ups.
  • Identify and report any potential risk issues.
  • Follow Desk Instruction Manual (DIM) and meet (Functional Instruction Manual) FIM requirements.
  • Ensure end to end task queues completion and meet day end cut off time.
  • Adapt to all new systems, procedures and projects involving operational processes.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seek operational improvements through process enhancement.

Requirements

  • Experience in Operations, Settlements, Asset Transfer, or other similar processing role
  • Proactive, self-motivated and communication and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Planning and decision-making skills.

  • Innovative with proven problem-solving skills.
