Management / Executive Trainee | Leasing focus, experienced hire

Responsibilities:

  • Rotational Training:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.).

    A master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in retail & office leasing and strategy gained in sizable/ reputable organizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
