We are partnering with a leading Financial Services organization to hire a Learning & Development Manager for Asia.
This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to build the L&D function from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and potentially delivering learning content tailored to the needs of the business.
You will create a knowledge library and structured development pathways that support employee growth and capability building across the region.
A key part of the role involves leveraging Learning Management Systems to deliver scalable and engaging learning experiences.
You will also be responsible for sourcing and collaborating with local vendors to bring high-quality training solutions to life.
In addition, you will programme manage business-specific training initiatives and contribute to the development of a broader learning and development framework that aligns with organizational goals.
This role requires someone with experience operating in a matrixed environment, who can effectively align with global stakeholders and peers to ensure consistency and strategic integration across regions.
