Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday technical support, troubleshooting client issues and answering technical questions across hybrid and AIenabled environments.
- Support basic maintenance of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CRM) and assist with SQL Server administration and routine network upkeep.
- Communicate in fluent English with clients to clarify requirements and report progress.
- Take part in ongoing technical training and knowledgesharing to build professional skills.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and customerfacing teams, delivering a customercentric service.
Requirements
- Handson knowledge of SQL Server or network maintenance, or proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., .NET/C#).
- Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Degree or background in computer/IT fields, or equivalent operational/maintenance experience; quick learner.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
- Microsoft certifications or prior IT support experience are a plus, training available for motivated, lessexperienced candidates.
