... - Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to internal end users
- Diagnose and resolve computer, system, and network issues
- IT Tickets logging and Queue management
- Assist with video conferences and webinars set-up
- Take part in regional IT project implementation
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ working experience in end user support
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- User support experience in professional work environment is preferable
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and proactive
- Knowledge of the ITIL would be a great advantage
