Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.
Provide technical support related to mobile platform Follow up the technical enquiries and issues as well as perform troubleshooting and provide recommendation for problem solving Work closely with stakeholders (including users, vendors, customers, etc.) to ensure the mobile application are running smoothly Assist to handle daily operation issues, such as technical training, device provisioning, maintenance, testing, integration support, etc. Participate system/platform enhancement projects as well as assist in user requirement study and conduct UAT Create mobile app prototypes for proof of concept demonstration Requirement: :
Tertiary education or above in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline Half years’ experience in mobile application development / management / support Good knowledge on programming language for both Android and iOS Good command in both spoken English & Chinese
