Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the development, implementation & enforcement of information security policies, standards, guidelines & procedures Daily monitor and maintain the computer systems and network of the Group Ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal IT systems & users, and minimize any system outages Monitor and follow the formal procedure for reporting information security incidents and investigations Handle administration works such as documentation, procurement, inventory update of all IT equipment Accountable for the protection of I.T. data and the scheduling of each application data back up Maintain all access requests and authorizations (e.g. E-mail, PMS, etc.) Respond to all users’ requests with adequate and efficient supports Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines Minimum 4-5 years of in-house IT working experience preferably in hospitality industry Sound knowledge of computer hardware, software and servers, as well as the hotel IT systems, e.g. PMS, PABX, Call Accounting System, etc. Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible with strong sense of troubleshooting Independent with good efficiency and able to work under pressure Mature, pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external associates Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of IT Officer
