My client is a well-known MNC located in Hong Kong which is looking for an IT Director/Senior Manager with a strong focus on digital areas such as CRM (Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud), Omni-Channel, and Retail Technologies, etc.
The right candidate will be responsible for leading a small team & 3rd party vendors and participate in creating the roadmap, strategies, project delivery, and implications for their retail businesses in the APAC area.

- Work as one of the APAC Technical Lead and manage a small team & 3rd party vendors; also work as a thought leader of the digital & retail & technology space for the regional project and oversee the activities, including but not limited to CRM system (Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud), e-commerce, order management system, etc.
- Define and manage the strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans covering the projects
- Act as an advisor to the business units and 3rd party vendor partners on all matters of relevant system architecture, technologies, development, and project delivery
- Understand and predict the emerging technology, services, and functionality trends as well as comprehend market adoption of emerging services and business models
- Review and manage manpower, budget, and timeline based on project priorities
- Collaborate with global technology teams to adopt best practices, align technologies with business use cases, and coordinate cross-functional plans and activities
- Attend strategies and planning meetings with the leadership team and other senior stakeholders to serve as a subject matter expert and suggest workable solutions for the business needs
- Mentor and motivate the teams to ensure the delivery will be on-time with a positive outcome and meeting the IT policies
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in relevant organizations/retail industries with strong experience in solutions of retail/digital/marketing technologies including but not limited to CRM systems, e-commerce, order management system, etc.
- Solid experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) is a must
- Great understanding of the best practice of retail/FMCG industries ideally with project experience for the APAC market
- Strong experience in designing technology roadmaps and strategies based on business requirements
- Expertise in design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level retail/digital technology solutions for regional
- Strong experience in project planning and delivery in an Agile environment
- Strong business mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Candidates who with less year of experience will be considered as Senior Manager
