The Group is seeking an IP Licensing / Partnership Manager to develop and maintain relationships with IP owners.

This role will focus on obtaining rights to utilize licensed characters, film scenes, and other creative materials, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with prominent IP stakeholders (e.g., entertainment franchises, film studios).

The manager will ensure adherence to legal and commercial standards while exploring new partnership opportunities to enhance the company's offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Licensing and Negotiation: Acquire licensing rights for characters, film scenes, and other creative works.

    Negotiate terms that align with the organization's strategic objectives and business vision.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture partnerships with IP owners, entertainment brands, and studios to create co-branded experiences and exclusive content.
  • Content Integration: Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure the seamless and accurate incorporation of licensed content into the company's services.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all agreements adhere to IP laws and licensing regulations, managing renewals, royalty payments, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IP licensing, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the entertainment, gaming, or consumer products sectors.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a background in handling complex licensing agreements.
  • Strong understanding of IP law and best practices in licensing.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
