This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in our restaurant - Spices.
That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.Ensure the consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods.Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.Have knowledge of food and beverage menu items.Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as neededMaintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH. General Requirements
Ideally a current undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.Possesses a pleasant personality, is highly customer-oriented, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
