Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issuesCheck samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standardsProvide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product qualityProvide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing processReport and troubleshoot quality issues from bulk production samples sample to garment finishEnsuring the finished garment is to specificationFabric pre-production quality checks (refer to the quality manual)Work closely with all operational departments related to productCommunicating all quality issues arising from testing and assessment of product to all key stakeholdersSetting and communicating tolerance levels to key stakeholdersAssessing garment construction to specifications and sampleDefining and implementing Quality Assurance methodologies into the production areaConsistent improvement of qualityPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering preferredMinimum 5 years relevant experience in the manufacturing industryHard working, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsive, detail-mindedA good team player, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with the teamWell-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, and good time managementGood command of written and spoken EnglishLiterate in Microsoft Office programsFrequently travel is requiredIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!
