Full time nightshift duty.
Carry out site survey and checking in design stage, inspect site works and monitor site progress in construction stage.
Review Contractors’ drawings proposals and material submissions for conformity with the relevant Works Contracts.
Resolving site problems and drawing ambiguities which may arise to enable works to continue and to be carried out timely.
Manage Testing and Commissioning and handover of completed works.
Handle daily coordination to facilitate carrying out of site works
Inspector of Works – Civil shall be:
A holder of a Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil engineering
Possess a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in site supervision and monitoring of relevant engineering construction.
Preferably be experienced working under a live operating environment.
Working Experience in project management and site supervision would be an advantage.
Preferably possess the Confined Space Card and Green Card.
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
Assistant Inspector of Works – Civil shall be:
A holder of a Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil engineering
Possess a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in site supervision and monitoring of relevant engineering construction.
Preferably be experienced working under a live operating environment.
Working Experience in project management and site supervision would be an advantage.
Preferably possess the Confined Space Card and Green Card.
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred.
