  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on executive hiring across multiple countries.
  • Drive Global Graduate Trainee Programs and internal hiring campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Take ownership of direct sourcing, particularly in the IT & Telecom industry, using methods like headhunting and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Act as an HRBP to assigned divisions, providing recruitment and workforce planning support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support global initiatives, including manpower planning, HRMS enhancement, and employee data analysis to improve HR decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects, such as talent development and workforce strategy planning.
  • Prepare detailed recruitment reports, analytics, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on direct sourcing and executive hiring in the IT & Telecom industry.
  • Experience in international recruitment campaigns and building global talent pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Candidates from headhunting backgrounds without in-house experience are welcome.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency required.
