Involve in the whole recruitment function and participate the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to candidate sourcing & matching, interview and selection Act as a Business Partner to work closely with assigned BUs to understand the manpower needs as well as provide professional HR recommendation to solve staffing / manpower issues Perform on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including conducting orientation for new joiners and exit interview for terminated staff Assist to implement learning and development activities as well as provide support on Employee Relations function Requirement: :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or above in related discipline 2+ years solid experience in recruitment function gained from sizable / fast-paced organization Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
