Post job advertisement, screen applications, schedule job interviews, conduct interviews and follow through the recruitment process; Prepare employment documents, collect required employee information and ensure smooth onboarding process; Handle visa, qualification assessment and teacher registration applications; Payroll processing on HR System; Enroll and follow the employees C&B programs; Organize, coordinate and support staff orientation, development and leisure programs; Reception duties on an ad-hoc basis; Assist in ad-hoc duties/ project as assigned. Job Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines; With 1-3 years experiences in Human Resources; Fresh graduates with major in HR are also welcome; All round with experiences on payroll processing on HRIS would be advantageous; Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; High integrity and trustworthy; Candidates with more experiences may be considered for senior position; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
