You will act as a trusted advisor and change agent, working closely with leadership teams to reimagine HR programs, modernize processes, and embed initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the financial services industry, coupled with a strong track record in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HR transformation and change initiatives that align with business strategy and strengthen organizational culturePartner with business and functional leaders to identify change priorities, design interventions, and deliver measurable impact through people-focused programsDrive continuous improvement across HR processes, from talent acquisition and performance management to engagement and learningProvide strategic input into organizational design, culture, and leadership development initiatives that enable business growth and transformationUse data and HR analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-makingFacilitate workshops and communication plans to engage employees when necessary Act as the project owner and influencer to promote new initiatives to people leaders and staff, supporting them during the implementation of changeSkills and Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to organizational development, transformation, or HR project delivery from the Financial Services industryStrong background in change management, culture-building, and stakeholder engagement within large or fast-changing organizationsExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability - comfortable driving both planning and implementationFluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
