Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the HR, Admin, and Audit teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

  • Represent the HR leadership of Thailand in global meetings and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of local practices with global standards.

  • Conduct regular audits of all departments to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.

  • Develop career growth frameworks and succession planning to nurture employees' professional development and career progression.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures that support business objectives and improve efficiency.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and recommend changes to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the global HR team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic plans.

  • Act as the point of contact for HR-related communications between the Thailand office and the global team.

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline, with over 15 years of solid experience in HRBP and HR strategy management, preferably within a large multinational manufacturing environment.

  • Extensive experience and familiarity with quality management systems and auditing processes related to HR disciplines and plant operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, with a preference for understanding international laws and current HR trends.
