Responsibilities: To manage/ensure the smooth operation of the sectionTo supervise/manage all related staff and administrative matters of the sectionConstantly review operational efficiency, security measures and make recommendation for improvement to keep in line with modern technology and prevailing crime trendAct as “Principal Liaison Officer” of the Bank to liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (e.g. Police, ICAC, JFIU, C&E, etc.)To prepare affidavit and give evidence in the court of law on behalf of the BankTo perform VIP Protection duties when necessaryTo be responsible for providing internal liaison with all divisions/departments on operational and educational issues for crime information and security measureTo respond any emergency callouts at the Bank’s offices and branches (e.g. ATM fraud, etc.) to deal with bank crimesTo supervise/manage the service providers in the provision of security guarding, the installation, testing and maintenance of fire safety, protection systems services in Bank’s premisesTo implement building security and safeguard the Bank propertiesTo develop and introduce the standard operation procedure (SOP) to relevant staff and services providers, and to ensure full compliance with the Bank rules, polices and regulationsTo provide regular training to staff related to security measures and crime information and clearly convey crime information and ideas through corporate communication channel to staff for arousing security senseTo perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required Requirements: Diploma in Law enforcement and Security Management granted by universityWith certified Bodyguard Training qualificationPolice Professional Examination Standard I and IILeadership Training Certificate granted by Outward Bound Training SchoolCriminal Investigation Training Certificate granted by Police Detective Training SchoolProficient in using computer software such as MS Work, PPT and Excel
